We are pleased to personally address any privacy question or concern with any of our customers. We do not sell, rent or trade e-mail addresses, nor will we ever send unsolicited e-mail. We send e-mail upon completion of your order to acknowledge your orders with us. Under no circumstances would we ever expose any of your financial information (e.g. credit card number) in email. Hydroponics Unlimited will never even receive your credit card information if paying via PayPal.

The sale of hydroponic equipment for an illegal purpose is illegal in-itself. Any mention of anything illegal during any transaction, verbal or written, the transaction will be ended immediately. We do want your business, but have to remain safe in doing so. The law states that if anyone from Hydroponics Unlimited has any knowledge or gives any advice on growing illegal substances we are just as guilty as the grower. We personally at Hydroponics Unlimited do not care what you grow; Please do not tell us.
